Description: 从回波中估计多普勒参数是合成孔径雷达运动补偿的关键。文中研究了多目标回波对参数估计的影响，从理论上推导了估计多普勒中心和调频率对回波的不同要求，并用两个指标举例分析了一段实测机载SAR数据，给出了实际应用中参数估计时选择回波的原则。-Doppler parameters estimation from radar echoes is a key step in SAR(Synthetic Aperture Radar}motion cornpensation．
This paper researched the efect of multiple targets echoes to estimate parameters and deducted theoretically the different
requirement for echoes in estimating doppler centroid and doppler frequency modulation rate．Th en giving a real airborne SAR echo
as example，we analyzed it with two measurements and concluded the principle about choosing echoes in practice．

Description: Tracking targets with radar is an important step in ensuring safety in such endeavors as air travel or military operations. To account for inherent inaccuracies in raw radar measurements of position, and to obtain accurate velocity data, we implemented an algorithm called the Kalman Filter. The resulting track data was used, in conjunction with algebraic and trigonometric methods, to simulate target interception and collision prevention. Our system led an interceptor aircraft to its target and warned pilots of a potential collision, proving the effectiveness of our filter.

在配置文件中可以设这个flash的颜色，大小，文字属性，柱子，曲线的粗细颜色，是什么类型的柱子或曲线，是否有气泡，是否有图例，定位，鼠标右键及其事件等，stock图还要在里面指定数据文件的地址。
在数据文件中存放了要展示的数，数据一般是XML类型的数据，也有用CSV或TXT的类型的数据。
这里所指的文件不一定是一个真实的文件，也可以是同一个域(指访问的这个flash的域名)内部的URL，垮域URL要是全名。在我们的系统中大部分是用flash所在域的同域中。

Description: The extended Kalman filter (EKF) has been widely
used as a nonlinear filtering method for radar tracking
problems. However, it has been found that in
case cross-range measurement errors of the target position
are large, the performance of the conventional
EKF degrades considerably due to non-negligible nonlinear
effects. In this paper, a new filtering algorithm
for improving the radar tracking performance is developed
based on the fact that the correct evaluation of
the measurement error covariance can be made possible
by doing it with respect to the Cartesian state
vector. The resulting filter may be viewed as a modification
of the EKF in which the variance of the range
measurement errors is re-evaluated at each time step
and the measurements are sequentially processed in the
order of azimuth and range. Computer simulation results
show that the proposed method achieves superior
performance to other existing filters while requiring a
relatively small computational load.
