利用Delphi或C++作为开发工具，根据SPCOM或MSCOMM控件、PCOMM.DLL等，设计出一串口调试助手，要求在不同计算机之间实现串口间数据通信，并以此为基础，实现对不同数据格式间的转换功能。
要求：
1、串口通信。
2、数据格式。
