Description: 符号标准化既是组织数据生产的重要手段，又是科学管理数据的重要组成部分。建立标准的符号体系，
对于实现数据的规范管理和社会化信息共享服务具有十分重要的意义。
福建省国土资源信息中心于 2003年 1月着手基于MAPGIS 地理信息系统的部分标准符号库建设，经过
一年多的努力，克服了技术上的种种困难，至目前为止已制作完成适用于土地利用现状、土地利用规划，
矿产资源规划及城镇地籍等数据库建设的符号库，共计约 2400 多个符号。此项目开展初期就得到国土资源
部信息中心的关注和支持，并与武汉大学等科研单位的有关学者和专家进行过技术交流。
2005年 1月20 日，此项目正式通过专家组验收，专家们一致认为：符号库内容丰富、结构模式合理、
编码科学，参数设置合理，并附有使用说明，方便用户使用，建议尽快在全省国土资源系统进行应用。 -symbols Standardization Organization data is an important means of production, which is scientific data management an important component part.
