Description: Example of programming 82C54 timerswith 82C59 interrupt controller This example uses CTC channel 0 to monitor a tachometer type pulse input. The CTC is set to generate an interrupt for every 5 pulses which in the example equals 1 degree of rotation.
For visual feedback, the LED toggles on/off
every 360 degrees. This example was tested
